We are the only Delaware Valley karate school to augment classical Ryukyu Kempo Karate with the elements of Modern Arnis, Small-Circle Jujitsu, Wei Kun Do, and Tang Soo Do. A solid foundation in Okinawan Karate lays the groundwork for exploration of several other approaches to self-defense to provide a thorough, well-rounded martial arts education.
As a specialist in Sports and Rehabilitation Medicine, MKA Karate's chief instructor enhances the martial arts experience by incorporating knowledge from his medical degree into a comprehensive and healthful education. As a practicing acupuncturist, he is a national authority on the use of pressure points for self-defense.
