Adult Program (Ages 14 & up)
Adult tests are held every 3 months. Most adults who train at least two times per week are able to progress to the next Kyu at this pace. Adult Black Belt tests are held twice per year. Please see the Ranks History Section and the Rank Chart for more information about the Adult Ranking system.
