USER AGREEMENTIntroduction
Welcome to MKA Karate.com (MKA KARATE). By using MKA KARATE and its services you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this user agreement. If you wish to be a member and utilize the various functions of MKA KARATE, read the following Terms of Use and indicate your acceptance of them by following the instructions on the registration page.
This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the Web site and your membership in the Service, and may be modified by MKA KARATE at any time and without prior notice, being effective upon posting on the 'terms' link on MKA KARATE. This Agreement includes MKA KARATE's acceptable use policy for content posted on the web site, MKA KARATE's Privacy Policy, and any other information about the Web site.
MKA KARATE may terminate your membership for any reason, at anytime. The terms of this agreement will be effective on all users and members of MKA Karate. Inappropriate use of the Website, including but not limited to illegal activities, collecting email addresses or other contact information of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Web site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress. Furthermore, MKA KaratesTM may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes. All commercial posts will be removed or altered unless permission is obtained from MKA KARATE.
Eligibility
Our services are available only for, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You must be eighteen or over to register as a member of MKA Karate.com or use the Web site. Membership at MKA KARATE is void where prohibited. By using the website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Proprietary Rights in Content on MKA Karate
MKA Karate owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Web site and the Service. The Web site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of MKA Karate, and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
Site Content
You understand and agree that MKA Karate may review and delete any content, photos or profiles (collectively "Content") that might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Members. The acts that constitute these offenses are determined at MKA KARATE's discretion.
MKA Karate reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the membership of such violators. Even though such use is strictly prohibited, there is a small chance that you might become exposed to such items and you further waive your right to any damages (from any party) related to such exposure.
Use of the Web site and/or the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Copyright Policy
You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Legal Compliance
You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your bidding on, listing, purchase, solicitation of offers to purchase, and sale of items.
Amendment
Each of these policies may be changed from time to time and are effective immediately after we post changes on the Site. In addition, when using particular services on the Site, you agree that you are subject to any posted policies or rules applicable to services you use through the Site, which may be posted from time to time. All such posted policies or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Information Control
We do not control the information provided by other users that is made available through our system. You may find other user's information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution, common sense, and practice safe trading when using the Site. Please note that there are also risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretense. By using this Site, you agree to accept such risks and not hold MKA Karate responsible for the acts or omissions of users on the Site.
Access and Interference
You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not: (i) take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (ii) copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute or publicly display any content (except for Your Information) from the Site without the prior expressed written permission of MKA Karate; (iii) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activities conducted on the Site; or (iv) bypass other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site.

No Warranty

We, our Officers, Directors, Employees, and our Suppliers specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
